Dr. Jenner presented a poster at the 25th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Autism Research (INSAR), held April 22–25, 2026, in Prague, Czech Republic, representing the SC Family Study Lab.

Her poster examined how autism-related personality traits — known as the Broad Autism Phenotype (BAP) — are linked to health outcomes in women with the FMR1 premutation. The findings showed that women with higher levels of these traits reported significantly more co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, particularly anxiety and depression. These results highlight the importance of recognizing BAP in this population and their potential role in shaping health and well-being.

The conference marked INSAR’s 25th anniversary and featured a special Presidents’ Panel, bringing together past leaders David Amaral, Simon Baron-Cohen, Helen Tager-Flusberg, and Connie Kasari to reflect on the evolution of autism research and future directions in the field.
